Terms and Conditions for Quotes and Invoices
Validity: All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. After this period, the quote may be subject to change.
Acceptance: By accepting our quote, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document. Acceptance can be communicated via email, signed document, or through our customer portal.
Payment Terms:
Invoices are due and payable within 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified on the invoice.
Delivery and Installation:
Delivery and installation dates are estimated and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Any delays in delivery or installation will be communicated promptly.
Warranty:
Our products and services come with a standard warranty period as specified in the quote.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
Cancellation and Returns:
Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of acceptance, subject to a cancellation fee.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Restocking fees may apply.
Liability:
Gateways Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability is limited to the value of the products or services supplied.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Namibia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Amendments:
Gateways Business Solutions reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their implementation.
By proceeding with the acceptance of our quote and the use of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Sales Receipts
Payment Terms:
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, bank transfer, and any other method specified on the receipt.
Sales Tax:
All applicable sales taxes are included in the total amount unless stated otherwise.
Returns and Exchanges:
Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging, along with the original receipt.
Custom or special-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
A restocking fee may apply for certain returns.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of the return.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Warranty:
Products come with a standard warranty as specified by the manufacturer. Warranty details can be found in the product documentation.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original receipt and are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or repair.
Liability:

Terms and Conditions for Credit Notes
Issuance:
Credit notes are issued by Gateways Business Solutions in cases of returns, overpayments, or adjustments to previously issued invoices.
Validity:
Credit notes are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
Any unused credit after this period will be forfeited.
Usage:
Credit notes can be applied towards future purchases or outstanding invoices with Gateways Business Solutions.
They cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
Non-Transferable:
Credit notes are non-transferable and can only be used by the original recipient.
Partial Use:
If the total value of the credit note is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance will be available for future use until the credit note expires.
Lost or Stolen Credit Notes:
Gateways Business Solutions is not responsible for lost or stolen credit notes. Please treat your credit note as you would cash.
Refunds:
Any refunds for purchases made using a credit note will be issued in the form of another credit note.
Disputes:
Any disputes arising from the use of a credit note will be resolved in accordance with our standard dispute resolution process.
Modification and Termination:
Gateways Business Solutions reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be communicated to customers and will not affect the validity of previously issued credit notes.
